How do I pay?
Once an appointment has been booked into my online system, you will receive two automated emails. The first email is a confirmation, the second email is an invoice. I ask for invoices to be paid before the appointment occurs.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel an appointment, please let me know with at least 24 hours' notice and I will process a full refund. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a full charge for the session.
If a health insurance company is paying for the treatment, they will have their own cancellation policy. Please familiarise yourself with your insurance companies’ policy regarding cancellations.
